OVER 50 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TURNING, MILLING AND MANUFACTURING

Along with our core values of honesty, value and quality are how we are able to exceed our clients expectations.

CHROME PLATED MANDREL

One of our valued clients operates carboard manufacturing facilities around Europe. The expected life cycle of certain mandrels in their process plants were around 6 – 9 months.

We started to work with them, and through the process of understanding and innovation, we were able to increase the life cycle to between 18 –  24 months, over 200% improvement on value.

10 INCH ADJUSTABLE PIPE SUPPORTS

We designed and manufactured bespoke adjustable pipe supports for a client in the aviation fuel industry. They had a planned project to replace a number of 10″ double block and bleed control valves. The valves were low but at different heights and it was imperative that the pipework did not drop during the works.

The project was a success, and the pipe supports are currently on display in the reception foyer of our valued clients head office.

SQUARE THREAD ACTUATOR SPINDLE

A project to replicate bronze actuator spindles resulted in a discussion around application and environment. This resulted in a better understanding of the end user requirements and a reduction in the cost of the manufacturing by over 50% by using 304 stainless steel.

The words “that’s the way we’ve always done it” was heard a few times during this project and we believe that this is one of the most expensive phrases in the industry.
